Carlos Rincon is president and co-founder of Prestige International Pictures, a worldwide film sales, production, finance and distribution company. Rincon is a highly regarded sales and acquisitions executive known for his rapport with filmmakers and buyers as well as for his deep understanding of film as both art and commerce. Over the years, he has been involved with over 150 films which have been distributed all over the world. Rincon regularly attends film festivals and markets such as Cannes, Berlin, Toronto (TIFF), AFM, Sundance, SXSW where he identifies films, screens them, and works in tandem with his sales team to determine a project's domestic and international value. 

Previously, Rincon was an acquisitions, sales and development executive at Premiere Entertainment Group (PEG) where he served as executive producer on THE COMMANDO starring Mickey Rourke and Michael Jai White, LOCKED IN starring Mena Suvari, NIGHT OF THE SICARIO starring Natasha Henstridge, BLOWBACK starring Randy Couture and Cam Gigandet, BLACK WARRANT starring Tom Berenger and Gigandet, SHRAPNEL starring Jason Patric, and RUTHLESS starring Dermot Mulroney. Prior to joining PEG, Rincon was the Head of Acquisitions and U.S. Sales at Spotlight Pictures. During his tenure with Spotlight, he acquired films that starred award-winning actors such as Jessica Chastain, Dakota Johnson, Glen Powell, Jean Reno, Katie Holmes, Jason Schwartzman, Rosamund Pike, William H. Macy, Mila Kunis, Bill Paxton, and William Hurt. Focusing on long-term relationships, Rincon has worked with the multi-talented actor and filmmaker James Franco's production company Rabbit Bandini on the distribution of five films. Rincon is a graduate of the Los Angeles Film School.

Chris began his career straight out of college, interning on independent films and at ESPN. This led to a coveted internship at Paramount Pictures and a promotion, which resulted in him working for Oscar-winning Producer Scott Rudin. He then transitioned to a job with Donald De Line, producer of films including THE ITALIAN JOB and STEPFORD WIVES, soon becoming Mr. De Line’s right-hand man as De Line became President and Vice Chairman of Paramount Pictures—a run that included WAR OF THE WORLDS, MEAN GIRLS, and THE LONGEST YARD. Next were stops at ABC Studios, where he oversaw the hit show GHOST WHISPERER, and at Relativity Media, where he worked on films including THE FIGHTER, LIMITLESS, and SAFE HAVEN, granting him even further industry experience. 

As he began to focus full time on producing, he executive produced the action-thriller ARMORED for Screen Gems/Sony, and followed that up by associate-producing BEYOND THE LIGHTS, directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood, for Relativity Media. Along the way, Chris co-founded Vital Pictures, which produced the elevated social-thriller theatrical release BENEATH US, Eduardo Rodriguez's horror YOU'RE NOT ALONE and J.P. Watts’ World War I dramatic thriller; THE WAR BELOW, which currently boasts an 88% score on Rotten Tomatoes. Projects in the pipeline include THE RED BALLOON, a Christmas movie Vital is producing with Mattel Films, DECENTRALIZED, a tantalizing thriller with director Batan Silva, a reteaming with J.P. Watts for AVALANCHE EXPRESS, and a second season of TECH TOYS LAB, an unscripted series for kids that entertains and educates them about STEM-based innovations, with the help of brands like Tesla, NASA, and Boston Dynamics.
